Sandeep's career started 20 years ago in Canada, where he worked for 12 years in data and network analysis in Toronto. There, he provided technical support to clients and mentored new hires which helped him develop and gain leadership skills such as team motivation, training and management.

In 2015,Sandeep came to the United States to launch Delphi Shell in Delphi, IN. In a short time, Sandeep was able to build a profitable US business, known for its excellent customer service, and expand from one to two locations.

Now filled with his experience and seeing the demand for EV charging stations in rural areas, Sandeep wishes to develop a convenient store franchise solely offering EV charging stations.
